Charges for Work Performed, Credit Card Charges

Any orders placed through this website for process service, document-related services, deposition-related services, subpoena services, document preparation services, and/or investigative services of any kind or description will be regarded by both Parties as firm orders and not subject to cancellation once work has started, unless the Parties subsequently agree in writing. An additional three percent (3%) fee will be added to all credit card transactions to compensate bank credit card processing costs. The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions by paying any advance or invoice. Every purchase is final and cannot be returned. The likelihood of success is not certain.
